Registration

ACM ICMR 2024 adopts an ‘all-in-one’ registration fee, which will cover your attendance to all events, namely:

  • Admission to the ICMR’24 conference
  • Admission to workshops and tutorials
  • Refreshments, coffee breaks and lunches
  • An invitation for the conference social dinner and welcome reception

The fee schedule is as follows:

Note: The price includes ticket fee and services charge. In case of payment by credit/debit cards, there may be an extra fee charged by visa processing agents.

Registration policy

Each paper (both workshop and conference) needs to be covered by a FULL (NON-STUDENT) registration fee. A full registration fee cannot cover two papers, so multiple papers, e.g., full, short, demo, etc, of the same registering author will each need a corresponding full registration payment. One registration for one paper.

No-Show policy

Each accepted paper must be presented during the conference schedule. For oral-format talks, this means a physical presence at the conference is required for the presenting author. For poster-format presentation, this requires the presenting author to join the virtual poster sessions and additionally, the author may choose present a physical poster at the event if they are going to be physically present. Failure to adhere to this no-show policy may result in your work being removed from the proceedings.

When registering with a full paper, a registering author must choose between on-site attendance at the conference, and virtual attendance. If you choose on-site attendance, you will be allocated a speaking slot in the conference schedule. If you choose virtual attendance, you will be allocated a slot in the virtual poster sessions of the conference. Please note that all oral presentations at the conference will be reserved for authors who are physically present at the event. We will not be supporting online/virtual oral presentations at the conference. Please note that workshop policies may differ from the main conference, so if you are a contributing author to a workshop, please reach out to your workshop orhanisers.

Cancellation/refund policy

No cancellation will be allowed. Refunds will not be offered.

Registration Steps

  • 2. Sign up or Login to the website.
  • 3. Buy a ticket (One paper/one ticket)
  • 4. Fill in the registration form.
  • 5. Make a payment. There are two channels:
